Putin says Russia spends 3 tln rbl on support of population

MOSCOW, Sep 17 (PRIME) -- Russia has spent about 3 trillion rubles on the support of population, President Vladimir Putin said on Friday.                                      

"Russia has spent about 3 trillion rubles, to be clear, this accounts for more than 4.5% of the gross domestic product (GDP) of this country, in order to keep jobs and people's wages, support entrepreneurs, reset the investment cycle, help regions, people, families with children first of all," the president said.

He added that digitalization, green and innovative technologies will be the key instrument of further economic growth stimulation.
